- All images for your case will be
placed into the Database By Global MedNet.
Please read instruction below for proper
placement of your illustrations:
- Prepare all images you want to use for your
case illustrations. They can include:
photographs, radiographs, MRI's,
CT Scans, etc.
- Create a sequence of image entry into the
Database relatively to stages of treatment
(before, during, after).
NOTE: The first image added for this
case will be the default image shown on the
summary page
- Type a description for each image and click
Submit button after entering each
description.
- After receiving an entry confirmation with
image reference number attach this number to
the corresponding image.
- After entering all descriptions send all
images with attached numbers to Global MedNet
for scanning and placement into the Database.

- Please include a copy of signed contents form
for images demonstrating patient's face. All
images with face of patient received without
contents form will be placed into the
Database with black box covering eyes area.
The box will be removed after receiving all
necessary papers
